Day 1 DFW found a new home in Irving at the Irving Convention Center! 2023’s event is the 8th year we’ve asked families to come out and play with us on New Year’s Day. Over the years we’ve celebrated in a number of different venues, including Fair Park Dallas, The Frisco Convention Center and Riders Field, formerly known as Dr Pepper/Seven Up Ballpark and Dr Pepper Ballpark, and in 2021-2022, within Main Event locations all over the DFW area.  We hope to hold the event in Irving for the foreseeable future.

We’re so pleased to announce that the City of Irving is happy to have us there as well! The city’s mayor, Rick Stopfer along with the city council proclaimed January 1, 2023 to be Day 1 DFW Day!
